Chinmay Pingale is a customer success and revenue leader known for his analytical rigor and unconventional problem-solving. He began his career at JPMorgan, working with high-value clients in complex, high-stakes environments. A former competitive chess player, he brings a strategic, systems-first mindset to everything he builds.
He later joined Zams, an AI Lab focused on task-oriented AI systems similar in spirit to tools like Claude CoWork, where he worked closely with customers and product teams to translate real workflows into practical AI applications. He built and led the Customer Success function and eventually rose to Chief Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer.
